How to use: mix EYEBROW ACTIVATOR 10Vº or 20Vº in equal parts with EYEBROW COLOR or EYEBROW DECOGEL. Cover the entire eyebrow and leave in exposure. Remove with water and pat dry. Warnings: For Professional Use Only. Avoid all contact with the eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Wear suitable gloves. Keep cool.
